Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days delivery)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS (15-25 business days delivery)

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our collections, including pieces from our CHELSEA and COCKTAIL EDIT ranges. Each return is handled with the same integrity we bring to crafting our jewelry.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To maintain our high standards, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made ENGAGEMENT RINGS from THE BRIDAL EDIT (unless faulty)
  • Personalized items
  • Worn PROMISE RINGS or earrings from our COLOURED GEMS AND DIAMONDS collection (unless defective)
  • Items missing certificates or original packaging
  • Altered pieces from our COLOURED GEMS AND DIAMONDS collection

To exchange an item from our TENNIS or FESTIVAL EDIT collections:
