Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in our COLLECTIONS, including pieces from our CHELSEA and COCKTAIL EDIT ranges. Custom-made ENGAGEMENT RINGS and personalized items from THE BRIDAL EDIT cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note: For hygiene reasons, PROMISE RINGS and earrings from our COLOURED GEMS AND DIAMONDS collection that have been worn cannot be returned unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for clarity.
  2. Pack Securely: Return items in their original packaging with all certificates and tags intact, as you would protect our GENTLE DIAMONDS.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item from our TENNIS or FESTIVAL EDIT collections:

  1. Follow the return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired exchange (style/size from the same collection)
  3. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item

Refund Information

Refunds are processed with the same precision we apply to setting our gemstones:

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Conditions for Returns

To maintain the quality of our collections, we cannot accept returns that:

  • Are missing certificates or original packaging
